New Volunteer Workshops Scheduled

 

Are you interested in helping scientists monitor the local impact of global climate change? The Reuben H. Fleet Science Center and the San Diego Natural History Museum are working together to collect data on the leafing and flowering of local plant species. These data will be shared with nationwide research projects such as Project BudBurst and the National Phenology Network. We are looking for volunteers who are interested in making regular observations of native plant species in their neighborhoods. Learn more at one of theĀ  following introductory workshops:

 

 

When:

Saturday January 15, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Tuesday January 25 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Saturday February 12 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Thursday February 10 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
